The DKP System
Ever since the guild first started doing 40 man instances on our own we have had a lot of new players joining our rank, so this is to make sure that everyone knows how our system works.
For every raid one player will be assigned as DKP Manager leader. He/she has the responsibility of keeping track of DKP and do the biddings during the raid. If an item drops that the DKP Manager want to bid on, the DKP Manager will whisper his bid to an officer that he knows will not bid on the item in question, before the DKP Manager posts his "We are now bidding on this item" macro.
The officers are only humans and sometimes make mistakes. For the same reason we want every Inquisitor to check their points regularly, and report any irregularity to the officers.
DKP Points will be posted on the DKP site where everyone in the guild will be able to see everyone's points. Points awarded will be updated by the point leaders as soon as possible after a raid (within 24 hours normally, or at least before next raid). It's up to you to decide if an item is worth spending your points on and as a result have fewer points on future drops, and you should take this into consideration before placing your bid. It will be possible for the officers to nullify a bid, if they find it unacceptable that a certain class bids on a specific item - like mages bidding on a melee dagger or warriors on a caster staff. We want the system to help create a fair and even distribution of items that makes our members happy, and makes the guild stronger, and for that reason the following will not be allowed:
You cannot borrow from or lend points to others. You cannot bid on items for other players. You cannot bid on items for alternative characters. You cannot bid on items for sale purposes on e.g. auction house. You cannot bid on items simply to annoy other people. (Inflating prices) You cannot buy items from the Guildbank if you are in minus dkp.
Earning DKP The points (DKP) for this point system are only earned on raids to 25-man raid instances. To earn points you have to be a member of Inquisitor. Only primary characters (not alts) are able to earn DKP, and to bid on items. Players are only allowed to change primary character if the officers allow it.
The basics: 5 points for being on time for a raid. 5 points for being in the raid when raid is called off. 2 points for every hour spent in the raid. 10 points for every hour spent in the raid spend learning bosses or trashmobs with lots of wiping included. 3 points for each boss kill. 20 points for killing a new boss. Extra points will be given for these bosses the first few times a boss is killed (Second kill 10dkp Third kill: 5dkp). X point punishment for unacceptable behavior. Someone going AFK without the permission of the raid leader, ninja-looting or other similar bad behavior risk getting a deduction in their points. The amount of DKP deduction vary depending on the circumstances. Y point bonus for something extra - like a speed limit reached.
The start bonus Being on time mean that you have to be at the meeting place, online (not with alt char) and in the raid group (you don't have to be at the meeting place if only listed as reserve though) at that time exactly! If not you will not receive the 5 point bonus: it is as simple as that. It doesn't matter if you are at work and a spot is saved for you for later or not - be there or don't get this bonus. Also even if you are 5 minutes late and the raid doesn't ride out until 15 minutes later than scheduled, you still won't receive this +5 point bonus. Queue when logging on also is not a viable excuse - by now you should be aware of the risk of queues at certain times, and take that into consideration when logging on. If you are not aware of the time bonuses you should have read the point system more carefully - not an excuse. If you are prevented for being on time because of very important IRL stuff, so be it - but you will not receive the start bonus. Probably the only viable excuse that could still give you the bonus is that login servers are down and you are on VT very early and that your character is at the meeting spot / entrance to the instance, so you can join as soon as they are back online.
The reason for this rule is that the first minutes of the raid are often the most frustrating - people that are on time should be rewarded to help minimize these frustrations. So if you know you will have a hard time being there, log your character out at the meeting place, so you don't have to travel when logging on. And try to be there 10-15 minutes before go - you never know if you get ganked on the way, your gryphon bugs or you get knocked off your ship on the way to the meeting place. If you have to have to go back to IF/Dalaran and get e.g. reagents/pots after raid start you will also lose the start bonus.
The call-off bonus You receive 5 points for being in the raid when raid is called off by the raid leader. This means that you should NOT hearthstone or leave the raid until call off has been given. The reason is that the reserve officer have to note who is still in the raid in the end and contact reserves. If you are not there at the call off, you will lose the bonus. Also we want to make sure that all loot is handed out and that info on new raids is given before people log off. When you are on a raid over several hours a few minutes more shouldn't matter. So if you want easy points please have a little patience.
Right before we post the call off-macro we will check what zone you are in, if you are not in the instance where you are supposed to be you will get a penalty of 10 dkp (Start and stop bonus).
There are several reasons for this rule: It makes the task of updating DKP automatically through the DKP tracker a LOT faster and easier. Everyone gets the gold. No one misses loot. We make sure that mages are left to cast portals. Fairness, everyone should be there until the end, not just the guys who needed the last item. We are a guild, and we stick together.
DKP examples An example of a Onyxia run, which takes 1hour and 10 minutes from raid start to end. Players present from start to end will get: Start, 1hour, 1Boss and End bonus = 15points
If you are 5 minutes late and leave 5 minutes before raid leader say raid is over you get: 1hour & 1Boss = 5points
If you are 5 minutes late, logoff 5 minutes before raid leader say raid is over and are raid reserve you get: 1hour(if red-signed) = +2points / 1hour & 1boss(if green-signed) = +5points.
Important note: If a player bring all the raid requirements, signs up within 30h (= green-signed) and is there for the whole raid they will get FULL DKP. That means start/stop, hour bonus, wipe bonus and bosskill bonuses. In case of doubt the rule of thumb is that to get full dkp as reserve you need to have done everything you could to get into the raid.
Reserves At the start of each raid, one officer will be appointed to AFK /Reserve officer. When there are more players signed up for a raid, than there are spots in the raid, these players are advised to sign up as raid reserve. If you signed up in advance, through the signup site, you need to tell the reserve officer both if you want to be reserve and if you don't. If you, when the raid starts, don't get yourself invited to the raid the reserve officer will note you as a no-show, and you will get a penalty.
If you are signed up within the first 30 hours and are reserve the entire raid you get FULL DKP - every boss kill, hour bonus, wipe bonus and start/stop bonus. And you don't loose any gold or potions. This is to give credit to those players that have done everything possible to join the raid and spend the same amount of time as everyone else, but who did not get picked. For the same reason, being reserve counts towards raid attendance.
If you sign up after the first 30 hours, or is not ready for the entire raid you get the standard dkp of the old system meaning no boss kill dkp. To get the calloff dkp, you have to have been reserve for at least two hours and you have to get an acknowledgment from the reserve officer at call off that you are still there.
The AFK/Reserve Officer is going to check if players are online when the raid is called off and during the raid and keep track of players joining and leaving.
When you have been confirmed as being reserve by the AFK/Reserve Officer, you should place your character near the entrance to the instance we are raiding, so that it will only take you about 5 minutes to enter the instance should you be invited to the raid.
All reserves are allowed to relog to an alt, as long as the alt is in the guild or the AFK/Reserve officer has been informed of the nick of the character you are using. In case the server has login problems you have to stay online on your main - if you were playing an alternative character and isn't able to do a fast relog for whatever reason you will lose all points earned as reserve for that raid or get a hefty AFK-penalty. As reserve you are also allowed to be completely offline as long as you stay in the Reserve channel on Ventrilo, and are able to log in within a few minutes of getting told to. If you are in the Reserve channel but doesn't answer when your name is called, you will get an AFK-penalty and might be written off as reserve.
10k ping! I want to be reserve Players that are experiencing lag or computer problems are not allowed to go on the reserve list for the duration of that raid. You can't be reserve if you can't play due to lag / computer problems / mental problems.
Losing DKP Being late or canceling late is not acceptable behavior, and we don't like it since it affects so many other players. For this reason we have a penalty system to keep the unwanted behavior under control.
Behavior that breaks the inquisitor codex will be brought up on officer meetings, and a suitable penalty will be decided upon. This includes but is not limited to: verbal abuse, offensive behavior conducted in game, cheating/scamming fellow inquisitors and putting other guild members on ignore.
For Raids that give dkp the penalties are as follows: Canceling more than 24 hours before the raid = 0 points deducted Canceling between 2 and 24 hours before the raid = 10 points deducted Canceling less than 2 hours before the raid = 15 points deducted Not showing up at all = 50 points deducted
For Raids that do NOT give dkp the penalties are as follows: Canceling more than 24 hours before the raid = 0 points deducted Canceling more than 2 hours before the raid = 0 points deducted Canceling less than 2 hours before the raid = 0 points deducted Not showing up at all = 20 points deducted
No matter what your excuse is for canceling or not showing up, you will receive the DKP penalty. Though we do advise players to contact officers, and explain what caused the offense.
All these penalties are given even if you then later sign up as reserve and/or join the raid.
If you sign up for a raid but you figure you are going to be late you should change your comment on the signup page informing the raid leader of the situation. This will not give you a no-signoff penalty, but doing this will move you behind the queue for joining the raid. If you wrote in your signup message that you would be late and sign up as reserve at the time you informed you will miss the points given in the raid until you signed up, including boss kill points. If you don't show at all you will get a no show penalty of 50dkp.
Example for a BWL raid: Player V signs up and does not make a note. Player X signs up and does not make a note. Player Y signs up and notes "can't join until 2 hours later". Player Z signs up and notes "can't join until 3 hours later".
Player X & Y both show up 2 hours after the raid has started and signup as reserve, first 4 bosses are already down. Player Z shows up 1 hour later and signs up as reserve. The raid then ends 1 hour later, making it a 4 hour raid. Player V never shows up. Player Y Joins the raid after 1 hour as reserve.
Player V receives: -50 dkp for not showing up Player X receives: -50 dkp no show, 2 hours in raid, call off: 9dkp Player Y receives: 2 hours in raid bonus, 2 boss kills & call off: 15pts Player Z receives: 1 hour in raid bonus: 0pts (you do not get DKP when you are reserve unless you have been reserve for at least 2 hours before calloff)
Leaving raids Any player that leaves a raid will be subject to a point reduction. Leaving before stated in your sign-up note, or leaving without having mentioned it in the sign-up note, will result in a minimum 10DKP penalty. Leaving a raid in anger will result in the forfeiture of all points gained for that raid. On top of that you risk getting an additional DKP penalty depending on the situation and reason for leaving. This penalty will be discussed at the next officer meeting. If you feel the raid is shitty / you feel bad / sick / your girl/boyfriend will leave you if you don't stop playing THAT very instant, please contact an officer and tell them what is going on, don't just leave (if its about /g chat or tells then take screenshots). Under this category also fall the scenario where you show up and behave like a big ass just to get replaced - expect a bigger penalty doing this than if you just signed off the raid too late, as you most likely made the raid worse because of your behavior.

The Bidding System
We have decided that when distributing loot main-specs(MS) have priority over off-specs(OS). All raiders have one MS, which is the spec they usually fullfill their primary role within our 25 man raids - in most cases the spec you got invited as when you joined the guild. To avoid any confusions we will maintain a list of our members MS in the Guild Noticeboard forum. Your mainspec will be one of the following roles: * Tank * Physical dps * Spellcaster dps * Healer
Before each auction the DKP Officer of the auction will announce on VT & in /rw which item is being bidded on and you can make your bid to the DKP Officer. The auction will be done in 2 stages. In the first stage it is full raid active members MS bids only. If noone bids in this stage we move onto a second stage for OS, trials and raid inactives.
To bid on an item use this format when whispering the DKP leader: bid:XX, where XX is the amount of dkp you have want to want to bid. XX cannot be less than minimum bid, and cannot be above 2000 DKP even if you currently have more than 2000 DKP.
The minimum bid on all items are going to be 30dkp (Reagents for crafting items e.g. [Primordial Saronite] are bidded on like a normal epic item, and the winner receives a number of reagents required to craft the item he needs). The only exception is a few items that cannot be equipped in an item slot, these will have a minimum cost of 15dkp (like crafting recepies, [Satchel of Spoils] and [Dragon Hide Bag] for example).
If your bid is higher than your current dkp or lower than the minimum bid it will be annulled, and don't count as a bid. Therefore please make sure how many dkp you have, and listen to the DKP officer what the minimum bid on the specific item is if in doubt. You can ALWAYS bid minimum bid on your main character, even when you cannot afford it, or you are not listed in the DKP system yet.
The winner of a DKP bid is the one with highest bid and he/she will be deducted with the "price of second highest bid + 1 DKP".
Inquisitor ranks, and the influence on biddings Officers & Inquisitors: Normal rules apply Trials: During major raids a trial will earn points just like everyone else. They can bid as much as they want on items, but if an Inquisitor bids on the same item (for either MS or OS), the trial's bid is annulled, even if the MS is bidding minimum-bid. If 2 or more trials are the only people bidding the normal rules apply. Raid inactive: Raid inactives bids are prioritized below trials bids, as the reason for even inviting the trial to the guild was most likely due to inactivity of other players. Other than that the rules follow those of trials. Alternative: Alternative characters can NOT bid dkp.
As a raid active Inquisitor you are allowed to pass on the item to next bidder with a lower bidding priority (trials/inactives/OS), if you think it would greater benefit the guild if that person gets the item. To do this add a comment when doing the bidding, e.g. like this: "bid:60 I can pass for a trial".
If the officers are aware that a player is no longer planning on keep raiding on his character by e.g. requesting rerolling main character, going raid inactive or leaving the guild they are considered raid inactive in term of rank regarding e.g. bidding and sign-up.
Examples Since we introduced this system we have learned that this is not what people actually whisper the DKP officer. Here are some real examples of what people in the past have whispered to the DKP officer during bidding - none of them would be allowed as a valid bid: "I bid half of my points", "What you think I should bid?", "All in!" and "Memememe".
To illustrate how bidding should work here are a few examples: An example of a MS bid: Player X(MS - inquisitor) and Player Y(MS - inquisitor) both want the item. Player X bid 70 points and Player Y bids 95 points. The winner is player Y with his 95 bid. He will be deducted with 70 + 1 points. Player X doesn't lose any points. The winner will be announced right away, and also what points he bidded and the points he will pay for the item.
If no mainspec bids are received the DKP officer will announce that MS bidding has ended, and OS bidding has started. This will be done in /rw.
An example of a mixed bid: If no mainspecs bid, the second stage could look like this. Player 1(OS - inquisitor) bids 35 dkp. Player 2(MS - trialmember) bids 60 dkp. Player 3(MS - raidinactive) bids 55 dkp. The winner of this bid would be Player 1 and he will pay 30 dkp.
Situational clarifications If two or more players both/all bid the same amount (For example two or more players all bidding 100dkp for an item), the winner will be decided by a /random, and the winner will pay the price of the bid.
If you think the result of the bidding is not correct, you have to say it ASAP. If you want proof that the auction was conducted fairly, you can demand that the point leader takes a screenshot of the biddings as proof. Don't complain after the raid about the result if you didn't say something during the bidding process.
If there is any doubt about who should receive an item, be allowed to bid on an item or what category a specific item belongs to, the officer make the final decision.
If you are late making your MS bid and OS spec already started, then your bid will be considered an offspec bid. You can ask for extra time for MS bid if needed, but it is your responsibility to make the DKP officer aware of this, before the DKP officer start the OS bidding. Since the DKP officer recieves a lot of bids at this point, speaking up on VT before the MS bid round ends is the recommended approach here.
Changing your main spec follows the same rules as rerolling your class.
Legendary items are special cases, and are excempt from the MS/OS rules. The officers will decide upon the rules for bidding on them, when the item details are known.
Non-dkp giving raids For raids that do NOT give dkp, 10mans, alt raids and the like, the following loot system should be used: need before greed, MS prio. If the loot is going to be distributed in any other way, this should be clearly stated before the raid starts (also if its only concerning a specific item, orbs, quest items and the like). Even though there is no specific priority system, alts and inactives are strongly encouraged to pass on items if an active raider needs for his main spec.
You cannot use dkp to get items in raids that doesn't award dkp (but you can still get dkp penalties for e.g. not showing up on time as described above).

Behavior
General Behavior - Act mature. Don't sink to the level of 14 year old kids thinking only of themselves and whining when that is not possible. Act the same way as you hope everyone would act towards you - both towards your fellow guildmembers and non-Inquisitors. Scamming people, trash talking people in public or through whispers is not acceptable. If you got a problem with someone and confronting them in a polite way isn't working for you do it through an officer. - If you are in doubt if your behavior is crossing the line it probably is. - Don't play when you don't feel like it. If you feel forced to play or you are just in a bad mood don't play. One person in the wrong mood can kill the fun of an entire raid, 5 man team or PvP group. If you have signed up for something make sure to sign off, however.
General Rules During Raids It has been said time and time again, but people still need reminding, so here goes:
- Be at the gathering place 10 minutes before raid start - Have your gear repaired - Be sure to have enough reagents for buffing - Loot all mobs you come across (not bosses) to make it easier for the masterlooter, and so that skinners can gather.
- Don't go AFK however you feel like it, whisper the AFK officer for permission, and you are not allowed AFK before you get a positive confirmation. Asking to go afk do not mean it will automatically be granted for whatever reason, but some players will have to go afk for whatever reason anyway. Not allowed afk equals a penalty. Should you get permission to go afk, then you mark yourself as such with /AFK and a note on when you are back e.g.:"back at 15:45". Doing /follow on a healer is a good idea too. - The AFK/Reserve officer will be noted up in "Guild Message Of The Day" If the officer in charge of the afk is not responding try another officer.
- Do NOT write in /ra unless it actually it is relevant for the raid, if you want to chit chat, discuss football, whar's currently on TV, or generally joke around please please please use the guild chat, or plain old /s or /w - but try and take those kind of discussions outside the raid time, as they can be very distracting both to you and everyone else reading it.
- We strongly advise our members to remove the general chat channel, or at least not post in it. 99% of the people writing there are retards, don't sink to their level but instead disable the channel all together and focus on our own raid.
- Listen to VT. Speak up if it is needed. - Pay attention to raid chat. - If you are not meant to take aggro, but do, Iceblock/feint death/Fade/ect or plain and simple RUN to the tanking spot and die.
- Do NOT send offensive messages to other inquisitors (or anyone else for that matter). If you cannot get the person to stop doing it yourself, then you should take screenshots of the offensive messages and send them to one of the officers. Hate messages is a severe offense, and will be dealt with as such by the officers, the penalty can simply be a warning, a DKP penalties, a demotion to trial or even a /gkick if the situation calls for it.
- Come prepared - Have the gear ready (pots, resist gear, Onyxia neck, AQ40 mount and so on). Have the raid requirements in order. Remember to bring enough buffing reagents for at least 10-12 hours of raiding. Come enchanted, getting a new epic, and not enchanting it often means that your old item has better stats, so get it fixed.
- Read the strategies posted at least on our forum if you do not know the encounters 100% - get an understanding of all class roles during the fight and where they will be positioned. Have a clear head, a desire to raid and the intension to be focused the entire raid - if you do not have that at least let the raid-leader know it.
- If you are the first from your class to join the raid, start setting up the buff groups for you class. If it hasn't been done when you join then YOU do it, take initiative. This includes DI rotation, curse duty and so on, as well as the other buffs.
Use of VT during raids Raiding usually means 20-40 people in the same VT channel, which means that most of the raiders cannot and most often should not talk as much as they would in 5 or 10 man groups. The raiders should mainly listen to the Raid leaders instructions, especially on new encounters.
This does, however, not mean that you should be quiet for the entire raid. If you see something that needs to be adjusted mid fight, then please say it, speaking up could mean that 5-10 people survive, so please say it if you see something that needs changing. But when the Raid leader speaks, please stay quiet and focus on VT (not your TV). If you got some ideas for another tactic talk to the raid leader before the raid starts or tell him your suggestion in a whisper or another channel on VT - hearing 3 people describing their suggestion on an encounter will most likely confuse some in the raid what tactic we are actually going for after.
If a question is asked over VT, please answer over VT, not in /ra, unless we're playing with non-guildies that are not on VT, and they are the ones that need the answer.
This also means that a microphone IS required. Do NOT test your volume when in a Raid VT channel. Do NOT play music in the background - turn down your TV's volume. Do NOT use speakers during raiding, it causes feedback = a lot of grumpy raiders.
We have the policy that members can invite their friend to our VT when you are grouped together as long as they do not take a spot from our members. Due to the large amount of players now using VT, you are not allowed to have friends on VT when we are raiding. You must tell them to log off even if the VT is not full.

All events that the officers will be organizing will be posted on our signup site which Maa created. The following is a compilation of all rules, guidelines and suggestions for the use of this site, and for how to get into a raid.
To signup for a raid, you need to log on to our signup site at the top of the thread. New members should have an account created for them within the first day of their invite.
In the sign-up you should state how long you can play in the raid if it is less than 5 hours. If you need any breaks longer than 10 minutes during such a raid say so in advance in the sign up note (time and reason). As an example you do not need to post that you will take a bio-break during the raid, but if you have to make dinner and eat for 15 minutes it should be on the signup forum.
If you state in your signup that you have to leave for some part of the raid and still get picked for the raid you will not earn points while you were not present.
If you have not farmed the items required for a raid (pots, resist gear and so on), you will risk being replaced by people that would otherwise have been reserves. The officers WILL check all requirements while during boss tries, so there is no way to hide if you have been slacking on pots.
We want to bring the people to the raid that have farmed the few things we have asked them to farm and who are willing to stay there for the duration of the whole raid. If you can't fulfill these simple demands at least be honest enough to tell us so in advance so we aren't suddenly 5 men short during a raid or have 15 people without the pots needed. Unforeseen breaks like a power failure will of course not be penalized, but those people will stop receiving points as normal, while not being a part of the raid, and risk being replaced by the reserves.
Excessive whine in whispers about not making it to a final lineup will lead to an official warning and later maybe even a dkp penalty. Please note: Abuse of the rules will be penalized extremely hard either by DKP or otherwise. E.g.: "having power failure - for each raid during wipe tries, after power whine on how the raid is going, each raid one hour before call off."
How the members of a raid is picked Generally the players signed up within 30 hours after the raid is announced at the sign up page gets an equal chance of joining. If too many players within a class or raid role has signed up within the first 30 hours, they will be picked according to their /roll on the signup site, if a class group cannot be filled by people that signed up with the first 30 hours, the rest will be picked according to signup time, there are however exceptions to this rule. If the raid leader determines that a raid will not have a good chance of succeeding without some specific players, like a shadow priest, defensive warrior, or if the raid needs a couple of better geared players, he is allowed to skip the rule. If some classes can't be filled the raid leader will decide whoever gets the free slots.
The actual roll of those signing within the first 30 hours is performed with giving a random number between 1 and 25 and then adding the (Raid attendance of the player the last month multiplied by 0.75). Then the - thus giving a number between 1 and 100. The higher the better. In other words it is a mix of raid attendance and randomness with the raid attendance being 75% of the result and the random factor 25%.
For new encounters the Raid leader is generally allowed to pick 100% of the lineup, so that the raid is assured some kind of progress/success on the new encounters. Also if you sign up and you see that your class is "full" already, you are still expected to show up. Often classes with many of the same roles as your class will not be "full" for a raid and the lineup will be filled with the spares - like a mage stepping in for warlock or a paladin for druid.
Late Signoff signup Since the goal of the signup system is to show the raid leader whom he has available for a raid, signing off late from a raid will be penalized: -10 dkp for signing off less than 24 hours before raid start -15 dkp for signing off less than 2 hours before raid start -50 dkp for not signing off and not showing up at raid start without giving notice of this.
Remember that signing up within 24 hours of raid start just to sign off seconds later will appear as late sign-off to the point officers and might result in a late signoff penalty.
Raid Schedule Our stated activity goal is currently set at three 25-man raiddays, and to have at least one day to still clear 10-man instances every week. This activity level requires that all members are aware of when they can raid and make sure to check the signup site for new raids on a regular (daily) basis. The signups for the 25-man raids should be added to the signup page one week before the raid. The Raid leader sets the team based on what classes are needed, how early people signed up, whether they can be there the whole raid and so on.
10 Man Raids 10 man raids does not have a fixed schedule, however they will usually be posted on the sign up page one week in advance just like the 25 man raids.

Rerolling System People want to change primary characters for different reasons, and the officers has decided we need to make some regulations on this to prevent it from getting out of hand.
First of all you need to tell the officers that you have decided to reroll if the officers let you. By making this request you also tells us that you now consider your old character your alt by now, and as such that character immediately after the request follows the standard rules for raid inactives regarding e.g. sign-ups and bidding. This doesn't mean that the character you requested to reroll to is considered your main yet, however. This rule is mainly there to prevent abuse of the dkp system. Same rule apply if the officers are aware that people are planning on going inactive or leave the guild.
Then you need the confirmation from the officers, if you may change your class. We want to be able to create a team of well equipped characters so that we can do instances with a minimum of casualties - every time a person change class it's a set back to the guild. All the good items on that character is lost and we probably has to invite new members to fill in the blank spot of the old class - this usually require us to gear up two new players as well as giving them experience raiding with these characters. We would of cause like to keep our old members interested in the game too as well of cause, so it has to be some kind of balance. Furthermore we would like anyone considering a reroll if it really is their current main class they are tired of or maybe just raiding or WoW in general - if the latter is the case then a reroll most likely won't solve anything.
Then you have to fulfill the following requirements and demands: 1. Your character that you change to must be max level to be able to join the raids and you cannot be new to the guild. 2. You are going to loose the number of dkp equal to the current dkp of player with the 15th most current dkp. The reduction takes effect when you give us the confirmation that you want to change primary, you meet all the requirements and we allow the switch to take effect and from then your old character follows the standard rule for alt. chars. The reason for this dkp reduction is that it is a setback to the guild equipmentwise and to some extend experiencewise. 3. When the switch have been granted you new main will be on trial meaning that the player really has to prove to us that granting the switch was a wise suggestion - just as new members on trial to the guild. Failing to do so will either keep the player stuck on trial, moved to inactive or even kick from the guild. Regarding bidding the switcher follow the same rules as all other trials. 4. While being on trial and even after the trial period you may join raids on equal term as everyone else, but should the raidleader desire to bring the strongest lineup you risk being put back in line - as a recent switcher you likely have inferior equipment compared to the rest and you are new at playing your class in the raids. Furthermore as you go to the trial period during the switch you are disturbing the balance of the guild possibly requiring invites of new members, meaning that should you choose to regret the switch while being on trial your old spot might not available.
Should you choose not to change after all after trying your new character in the raids your deduction will not be refunded. If at an even later time want to reroll primary class again back to the original you have to follow all of the rules above once again.

To-do This is the list of rules not yet added to the rulebook: Nothing the officers are currently aware of.
Changes to the rules and the officers The list above is a gathering of the most essential rules everyone in the guild should know. They are not written in stone, but are subject for modifications from time to time. If you after reading these rules feels some of them are lacking, outdated or should be changed for whatever reason then feel free to contact the officer team with your ideas. The officer team are just Inqusitors like you, but they decided to volunteer to spend some more of their time keeping the guild running a smooth as possible.
If you feel up for that contact someone in the officer team to see if they are in need of an extra hand, which they usually are. There isn't any requirement to becoming an officer, besides you having the time and will to do that little extra for the guild. If you think someone else in the guild would make a good officer, don't hesitate to encourage them to apply as officer either. Task that officers have to be prepared to face: - Enforcing and maintaining The Inquisitor Rulebook. - Managing members, both current Inquisitors, trials and applications. - Doing mommy/daddy-talks and being mentor for new trials. - Help planning and organizing raids.
